If you do not agree, please do not use the site. All vehicle hire bookings are made through Turo's platform and are subject to Turo's own Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Drivers must hold a valid full UK or international driving licence and meet Turo's eligibility requirements.
• The minimum driver age is 25 years unless otherwise stated on the Turo listing.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, with the same fuel or charge level.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A deep-cleaning fee will apply if this condition is breached.
• Pets are not permitted in vehicles unless agreed in advance.
• Vehicles must not be taken outside the agreed geographic area without prior written consent.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change. The final price for your hire will be confirmed on the Turo platform at the time of booking. Optional extras such as child seats, GPS, and unlimited mileage packages are available and priced as shown on the relevant car listing page. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Turo's platform rules and the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before confirming your booking. BR Car Hire does not process refunds directly — all refund requests must be submitted through Turo.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BR Car Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or any vehicle hired through our Turo listings. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of data, or damage to property not covered by the applicable Turo protection plan. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to BR Car Hire and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
